Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Level 2/3 support to clients, troubleshooting and resolving complex IT issues in a Windows environment.
• Manage and support Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure, and SharePoint environments.
• Configure and troubleshoot networking equipment, including routers and switches.
• Work closely with clients to understand their IT needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure the successful delivery of IT services and projects.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices and emerging technologies.

Requirements:

• Australian Citizenship / Permanent Residency
• Proven experience in a Level 2/3 Support role, preferably within an MSP environment.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft suite (365, Active Directory, Azure, SharePoint).
• Experience with networking equipment such as routers and switches (desirable) & Fortinet Firewalls
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Relevant IT certifications are highly desirable.
