Our client is building a Centre of Excellence for Security and is seeking a forward-thinking Lead to join the team and really drive how the importance of Cyber Security and Security processes internally. In this crucial role, you will drive the security narrative across the business, helping to shape and strengthen the security culture.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and build out the security brand, ensuring security awareness is embedded throughout the organization.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement security awareness initiatives and culture change programs.
- Spearhead creative and engaging security campaigns, including charity fundraisers and awareness drives, to promote a strong security culture.
Must Have’s:
- A solid background in Cyber Security certifications are a plus but not required (CISSP, ISO, Ethical Hacking).
- Experience in marketing or culture change management, with the ability to build out a cohesive security brand and drive organizational change.
- Proven ability to work across teams and departments, creating engaging content and initiatives that support security awareness across the organization.
Salary & Benefits:
- £75k - £78k per annum
- Bonus: 15% - 20%
- Excellent pension scheme (12% employer contribution with 3% employee contribution).

- A hybrid work model, with 3 days in the Ipswich office (or 11 days a month, with one week requiring only 2 days in the office).
