The team is hiring a Lead AV Installation Engineer (Sacramento, CA) to take charge of complex installation projects, guide on-site teams, and ensure seamless delivery of advanced AV systems. Responsibilities:

• Install and configure AV systems including DVLED walls, projectors, displays, speakers, microphones, control systems, and digital signage.
• Run and terminate cabling (Cat6, fiber, HDMI, XLR, audio).
• Assist in rack builds, system testing, and commissioning.
• Support senior engineers in complex AV rollouts and nationwide deployment projects.

Skills/Must have:

• 1–3 years of experience in AV installation or related technical role.
• Strong technical understanding of AV signal flow and control systems (Crestron, Extron, AMX experience a plus).
• Hands-on experience installing large-format displays, DVLED panels, and sound systems.
• Ability to use power tools, lifts, and test equipment safely.
