Lead End User Computing (EUC) Engineer - Media Provider

Responsibilities:

• Develop technical specifications and assess technical responses for IT procurement processes.
• Install and maintain hardware equipment, software, and maintenance agreements, ensuring optimal performance.
• Conduct acceptance testing of installed/upgraded equipment to guarantee seamless operations.
• Oversee system integration, compatibility, and ongoing operations to minimize disruptions.
• Design new methods for complex reporting and presentation, driving efficiency and effectiveness.
• Lead a team of EUC telephony engineers, providing deskside and remote break/fix solutions, and ensure a first-class, customer-focused service.

Skills/Must have:

• Ensure effective delivery of systems tools to manage the End User environment.
• Maintain availability of essential components: Endpoint Manager, O365 Collaboration, Print Services, Telephony Services, Microsoft Defender, BeyondTrust Privilege Management, and JAMF Pro.
• Manage, upgrade, and ensure service availability for EUC services (SCCM, JAMF Pro, VDI, MDM platforms).
• Provide third-line technical support for IT incidents and problems, collaborating with vendors for effective solutions.
