Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide second-level support for incidents and service requests via multiple channels (in-person, phone, email, and ticketing systems).
  • Ensure timely and effective resolution of issues while maintaining a courteous approach to users.
  • Follow established Standard Operating Procedures and best practices within Service Operations and Enterprise Technology Services (ETS).
  • Deliver onsite support at our Head Office, including hardware support and asset management.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues, escalating when necessary.


Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Level 2 IT Service Desk or Field Support roles.
  • Strong experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools.
  • Proficient in using remote desktop support tools.
  • In-depth technical knowledge of Windows operating systems-configuration, administration, and troubleshooting.
  • Good understanding of networking concepts: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and the ability to troubleshoot network connectivity issues.
  • Competence in diagnosing and resolving hardware problems, including identifying faults and replacing components.
