Responsibilities:
- Taking ownership of critical issues, troubleshooting across multiple platforms, and implementing lasting solutions.
- Designing, configuring, and maintaining networks, firewalls, Microsoft 365, and VoIP systems.
- Leading IT projects from planning to execution—on time, within scope, and with measurable client value.
- Building strong relationships with clients, translating complex IT solutions into business impact.
- Coaching junior engineers and contributing to a culture of collaboration and knowledge-sharing.
Skills/Must have:
- Strong experience with networking (firewalls, switches, VLANs, routing, wireless, VoIP).
- Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Intune expertise.
- Solid background in troubleshooting complex IT environments.
- Thrives in both independent and client-facing work.
- Professional IT certifications are a plus (Microsoft, CompTIA, ITIL, etc.).
