The team is hiring a Manager, OSP Operations to take the reins of a high-impact OSP Operations division, managing crews and ensuring projects are built and maintained to the highest standards.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee OSP construction efforts, ensuring passings are delivered on time, on budget, and to spec
- Manage a three-pronged team inspectors, splicing supervisors, and locators keeping operations running smoothly post-build
- Coordinate with third-party crews, enforcing safety and quality standards and resolving issues quickly
- Handle incidents like fiber cuts or forced relocates, developing contingency plans and leading the resolution process in the field
Requirements:
- 5+ years in OSP/fiber optic construction management, including direct field leadership of construction, inspection, or splicing teams
- BS in Construction Management, Electrical/Civil Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Strong project scheduling, contractor oversight, and budget management skills especially across multiple concurrent builds
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and field tools, including GIS/CAD and mapping systems
