The team is hiring a Manager, Service Delivery to oversee the end-to-end delivery of network services, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the entire customer service lifecycle, from order intake through installation and ongoing support
• Build and manage a high-performing field operations team, including in-house and third-party vendors
• Develop SOPs and systems to drive quality, efficiency, and high first-install success rates
• Identify and implement improvements in customer experience, quality assurance, and operational processes

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in telecommunications service delivery or operations
• 2+ years of management experience, including leading in-house and vendor field teams
• Strong customer-centric mindset with the ability to drive KPIs and SLA adherence
• Proficiency with OSS/BSS platforms and process development
