Responsibilities:
- Own and manage managed-wifi sales relationships with property owners, managers, and developers
- Drive property sign-ups, exclusivity agreements, and penetration rates
- Work cross-functionally with field and engineering teams to ensure timely service activation
- Maintain a robust pipeline and consistently meet or exceed sales targets
- Represent the brand at industry and regional events
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience selling into the MDU or managed-wifi space (telecom, cable, or utilities preferred)
- Proven ability to secure building agreements and navigate property relationships
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently in the field
- Strong communication and negotiation skills

Salary:
- $100,000 base salary
- $180,000 OTE
