Responsibilities: 

• Microsoft 365 Administration and Management
• Security and Compliance
• User Support and Troubleshooting
• Migration and Deployment

Required skills/Qualifications: 

• Proven experience in delivering and supporting Microsoft Modern Workplace solutions, including:
• Microsoft Intune and Autopilot
• Microsoft Defender
• Microsoft 365 (M365) migrations
• Hybrid Exchange environments
• Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) and Windows 365
• Microsoft Copilot and Viva
• Strong understanding of cloud computing, virtualization, and IT security principles.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert) are highly desirable.
