The successful candidate will bring a deep understanding of the Oil & Gas, Utilities, and Manufacturing sectors and proven experience navigating complex sales cycles to close high-value enterprise deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed revenue targets within assigned industry verticals (Oil & Gas, Utilities, Manufacturing).
  • Identify and engage key decision-makers and influencers at enterprise-level accounts to position and sell AI/ML, Process Automation, DX, and Cloud solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business challenges and aligning technology solutions to meet their needs.
  • Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting, qualification, and solution design to negotiation and closure.
  • Collaborate closely with technical teams, solution architects, and product specialists to tailor proposals and demonstrations.
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to advise customers effectively.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and market feedback to management.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

Skills/Must have:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise sales within the IT sector, specifically selling AI/ML, Process Automation, Digital Transformation, and Cloud solutions.
  • Proven success selling into Oil & Gas, Utilities, and Manufacturing industries.
  • Strong understanding of industry-specific challenges, regulatory environments, and operational workflows.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
