Key Responsibilities:

• Leading the deployment and support of Microsoft Modern Workplace technologies including:
  • Intune
  • Entra ID (formerly Azure AD)
  • Microsoft Defender
  • Windows Autopilot
  • Microsoft 365
• Supporting client compliance initiatives (with a strong focus on CIS benchmarks)
• Balancing project delivery with BAU support, across a variety of industries
• Collaborating with a tight-knit team of engineers and technical consultants

Skills & Requirements:

• Proven experience in Modern Workplace engineering within an MSP or service provider
• Strong technical knowledge of Intune, Entra ID, Defender, and M365
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks, especially CIS
• Strong documentation, client engagement, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to own technical work from planning through to implementation
