Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and support enterprise network and security architectures 
• Provide expert-level consulting across a range of security products including Firepower (FTD), ASA, ISE, Umbrella, and SecureX
• Troubleshoot complex network and security issues, providing timely and effective solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including pre-sales, delivery, and customer success teams to ensure seamless project execution
• Deliver best practices, configuration recommendations, and documentation to clients
• Lead or support security assessments, migrations, and upgrade projects
• Stay up to date with the latest technologies, security vulnerabilities, and compliance requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in enterprise network engineering, with a strong focus on Cisco security solutions
• Solid background in configuring and managing Cisco routers, switches, firewalls, and security appliances
• Proven experience with Cisco Firepower (FTD), ASA, ISE, Umbrella, SecureX, and related tools
• Strong troubleshooting skills across Layer 2/3, routing protocols (OSPF, BGP), VPNs, and firewall policies
• Experience in implementing NAC and zero-trust frameworks is preferred
• Relevant certifications such as CCNP Security, CCIE Security, or equivalent are a strong advantage
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with enterprise clients
• Only open to Singaporean Citizens or Permanent Residents
• Experience in customer-facing consulting or professional services roles
• Familiarity with automation tools (Python, Ansible) in networking environments
• Exposure to multi-vendor environments and hybrid cloud security models
