Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Maintain Applications: Design, code, test, and debug .NET applications using C#, ASP.NET, and .NET Core.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with developers, QA engineers, and business analysts to deliver high-quality software solutions.
  • Participate in Code Reviews: Ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and Debug: Identify and resolve issues within the codebase promptly.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for both new and existing applications.
  • Mentoring: Provide guidance and support to junior developers when necessary.
  • Voice for Change: Offer constructive feedback on processes and suggest improvements to boost productivity.
  • Shaping Business Requirements: As you grow in the role, help shape business requirements into user stories to drive technical improvements.

Skills/Must have:

  • Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, MVC, and .NET Core with at least 3 years of experience.
  • Strong experience with databases (SQL) and .NET API.
  • Familiarity with MVC frameworks.
  • Understanding of website security and tracing errors across the full stack.
  • Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.
  • Strong communication skills and an ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

Salary:

  • £45,000-£50,000
