In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining robust network and security infrastructures that support a diverse client base across the region. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate and optimize a range of technologies, ensuring the stability, integrity, and performance of mission-critical systems in enterprise and public sector environments.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Design and deploy functional networks (LAN, WAN, WLAN, VLAN) & security (FW, NAC) solutions tailored to client needs
  • Configure and install routers, switches, wireless controllers, firewalls and other network devices
  • Monitor network performance and integrity, ensuring high availability and reliability
  • Troubleshoot and resolve network issues escalated by support teams
  • Communicate with clients to understand their requirements and provide technical support
  • Maintain comprehensive technical documentation
  • Propose and implement improvements to network performance, security, capacity, and scalability
  • Participate in project deployments, ensuring seamless integration and implementation of network & security solutions

Skills & Requirements:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in the networking field, preferably with a systems integrator
  • Hands-on experience with wired and wireless networking deployment
  • Aruba Wired or Wireless certification is a must
  • Well verse with the different types of network routing and switching technology.
  • Knowledge of wireless technology and products.
  • Proven experience as a Network Engineer or in a similar role
  • In-depth knowledge of best practices in network management, control, security and monitoring
  • Good experience with firewalls, VPNs, remote implementations, and troubleshooting
  • Ability to set up and configure server hardware will be added advantage
  • Excellent organizational, prioritization, and multitasking skills

Salary: 

  • $8,000 - 9,000/month
