Responsibilities: 

• Provide BAU support for enterprise network and security infrastructure
• Manage and troubleshoot issues across Cisco routing & switching environments
• Support and maintain Fortinet firewalls and security solutions
• Monitor network performance, ensure stability, and resolve incidents promptly
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to deliver high-quality support

Key Requirements:

• Strong experience with Cisco networking (routing, switching, and troubleshooting)
• Hands-on experience with Fortinet firewalls and security technologies
• Proven background in BAU support within enterprise environments
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Relevant certifications (Cisco or Fortinet) are highly regarded
