Key Responsibilities:

• Administer, troubleshoot, and optimise customer Aruba switching environments, including VLANs, routing, and network segmentation.
• Configure, manage, and support Fortinet firewalls, VPNs, and security policies.
• Maintain and support Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, IIS, and related services.
• Support and administer Azure, Office 365, Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Intune.
• Proactively monitor network and system performance, resolving issues before they impact clients.
• Participate in project work including network refreshes, firewall upgrades, cloud migrations, and infrastructure optimisation.
• Provide excellent communication and client-focused support in a multi-customer MSP environment.

Skills & Experience:

Networking:

• Aruba switching (CX/ProCurve)
• Fortinet Firewalls (FortiGate) including SD-WAN, VPN, and security policy management
• VLANs, routing fundamentals, wireless troubleshooting
• Network monitoring tools and performance optimisation

Systems & Cloud:

• Windows Server Administration
• Active Directory, Azure AD, Group Policy
• Office 365, Intune, Exchange Online
• Azure IaaS (VMs, storage, identity)

MSP Experience:

• Supporting multiple customer environments
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
• Working within SLAs and ticketing systems
• Nice to Have Certifications:
• Aruba ACE/ACMP, Fortinet NSE4+, CCNA, Azure Administrator, ITIL.
