We're partnered with a leading Canadian Managed Service Provider (MSP) seeking a skilled and experienced IT Systems Engineer to join their dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work remotely, supporting a diverse range of clients across British Columbia.

Responsibilities:

• Set up, Install and upgrade IT systems for clients 
• Act as 1st Line support for technical issues and escalate to seniors where necessary
• Record and document all tasks 
• Work with other teams within the business to deliver on projects ie Networking Teams, Cloud Teams, Project Managers and more.

Skills/Must have:

• Fully competent with Microsoft 365 Suite and Azure Active Directory 
• IT Projects and implementation experience (Hardware, Infrastructure, Virtualisation etc)
• Experience with IT Migrations 
• Good communication skills and customer engagement experience
