Responsibilities: 

• Work in a hybrid mode with a government customer and engineering team for Networked Systems Administration, Operations and Maintenance, and engineering support.
• Resolve moderately complex network problems.
• Establish and meet established work-product deliverable deadlines.
• Respond to network support requests.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Communicate effectively with teammates and customers of varying levels of technical expertise.

Required Skills/Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 5-7 years of experience in Networked Systems Administration, Operations and Maintenance, and Engineering support.
• Certifications in COMPTIA Network+, Cisco Certified Network Administrator (CCNA), etc.
• Configured and managed products from major networking equipment and firewall vendors
• Expertise in the maintenance of networking Layer 2 and Layer 3 devices and policies
• Experience configuring and maintaining Cisco network hardware, including switches and firewalls.

Salary:

• $70 Per Hour
