As a Network Architect, you will be at the forefront of designing and securing IT infrastructure for one of the largest aerospace organisations in the world. Your role involves developing and overseeing the architecture of business applications and IT services, with a strong emphasis on network security using Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, and F5 technologies.

You will ensure that all solutions comply with stringent security regulations, such as PSSI, II901, and LPM. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with stakeholders, guide project teams, and enhance security protocols across cutting-edge aerospace projects. 

This is an initial 12-Month mission, with the project expected until 2028. 


Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to functional and technical architecture by analyzing customer needs and translating them into secure, efficient network solutions.
  • Consolidate applications on common IT services.
  • Draft technical architecture documents.
  • Develop detailed network flow matrices and diagrams.
  • Draft technical specifications throughout the engineering phases.
  • Review design documents to ensure compliance with standards.
  • Ensure all network security implementations meet the highest standards.
  • Safeguard critical aerospace systems.
  • Support the organization's long-term IT strategy.

Skills / Must Have:

  • Deep understanding of network security protocols and technologies (Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, F5).
  • Expertise in TCP/IP networking.
  • Experience with Agile and ITIL methodologies.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Commitment to high-quality deliverables.
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to synthesize complex information.
  • Experience in aerospace, satellite ground segments, GIS, or image processing systems (highly desirable).
  • Fluency in English and/or French.
