Responsibilities:

• Implement and configure Voice over IP solutions, preferably using Cisco technologies
• Install, integrate, and test Voice & Video systems
• Perform first- and second-level troubleshooting on network infrastructures and VoIP platforms
• Translate design requirements into technical configurations and operational implementations
• Participate in Collaboration and Unified Communication projects
• Provide technical support and manage communication with clients during project and post-go-live phases

Skills/Must have:

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of Networking (Routing & Switching, TCP/IP, routing protocols)
• Experience with Voice over IP solutions (Cisco preferred)
• Experience working within structured projects
• Strong teamwork skills
• Good communication and client-facing abilities
