Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage network infrastructure using Fortinet, Cisco, and Aruba technologies.
• Perform network assessments and develop strategies to optimize performance, reliability, and security.
• Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot network equipment, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
• Monitor network performance and implement solutions to address issues and prevent future outages.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of network systems with other IT components.
• Provide technical support and training to clients and internal teams as needed.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the network infrastructure remains current and effective.
• Document network configurations, processes, and procedures to facilitate knowledge sharing and continuity.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in network engineering, with a strong focus on Fortinet, Cisco, and Aruba technologies.
• Proficiency in deploying and managing network equipment, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
• Strong understanding of network protocols, security, and best practices.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to perform root cause analysis.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have:

• Certifications such as Fortinet NSE, Cisco CCNA/CCNP, and Aruba ACMA/ACMP.
• Experience with network automation and scripting (e.g., Python, Ansible).
• Familiarity with cloud networking and hybrid environments.
• Knowledge of ITIL practices and frameworks.
