Network Engineer - Managed Service Provider

We are looking for a talented and motivated Network Engineer to join their team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in network deployment, data center operations, and a solid foundation in Routing & Switching (R&S), with additional expertise in wireless technologies. Familiarity with Cisco, HPE, and Juniper products is essential, and experience with Meraki is highly desired. A CCNA or CCNP certification is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Network Deployment: Plan, implement, and manage network infrastructure solutions, including configuration, deployment, and troubleshooting of network devices and systems.
• Data Center Operations: Support and maintain data center networking solutions, ensuring high availability, performance, and security.
• Technical Expertise: Apply your knowledge of Routing & Switching (R&S) to design, implement, and optimize network architectures.
• Wireless Technologies: Manage and optimize wireless network environments to ensure reliable and secure connectivity.
• Security: Implement network security measures and best practices to protect client data and infrastructure (security knowledge is a plus).
• Vendor Technologies: Work with Cisco, HPE, and Juniper technologies to deploy and support network solutions.
• Meraki Solutions: Utilize Cisco Meraki products to enhance network performance and management (experience with Meraki is a plus).
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve network issues efficiently to minimize downtime and impact on clients.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of network configurations, changes, and troubleshooting processes.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• Certifications:
• CCNA or CCNP certification is required.
• Technical Skills:
• Experience with network deployment and management, including data center operations.
• Proficiency with Cisco, HPE, and Juniper network products.
• Familiarity with Cisco Meraki solutions is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of Routing & Switching (R&S) and wireless technologies.
• Network security experience is a plus.

Experience:

• Proven experience as a Network Engineer or similar role in an MSP or enterprise environment.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve network issues effectively.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and clients.
• Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and evolving client needs.

Salary: 

• $135,000 - $175,000
