We are searching for Network and System Engineers with skills in firewalling and networks. Your day-to-day responsibilities will be hugely varied, with a mix of short-medium term projects, partnered with local Systemhäuser and major German Managed Service Providers. You will provide support across the products in their portfolio, in the 2nd and 3rd level on pre-established tickets, so you'll develop your skills in complex troubleshooting. Responsibilities:
- Firewall installation & configuration (Fortinet & Sophos)
- 2nd & 3rd line support on firewall & networking topics
- Technical presentation & pre-sale support with customers
- Provide training & certification support
Skills/Must have:
- Experience in installation & configuration of firewalls
- Certifications (NSE4/7 or similar)
- German fluent
- Consultancy / pre-sales experience preferred
