Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and resolve network outages and system failures.
  • Perform log analysis to determine root causes of network and application issues.
  • Lead and manage NOC operations and ensure proper shift handovers.
  • Provide mentorship and training to Tier 1 and Tier 2 personnel.
  • Monitor and enforce adherence to Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Collaborate with vendors and architects for escalated issues.
  • Assist with infrastructure design, deployment, and documentation.
  • Configure and optimize Layer 2/3 protocols via CLI.
  • Integrate cloud technologies such as Azure ExpressRoute and Virtual Networks.
  • Support WAN/Internet routing and transport (BGP, MPLS, SD-WAN).


Skills/Must have:

  • Active TS/SCI clearance (required).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • 7+ years of progressive network engineering experience.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL concepts and network security principles.
  • Experience with Cisco, Juniper, or Palo Alto network platforms.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting, performance tuning, and network configuration.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and leadership skills.
  • Certifications such as CCNP, CCNA, Security+, or ITIL 4 preferred.
