Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and maintain wireless and fiber network infrastructure across customer and building environments
  • Support deployments within multi-dwelling units (MDUs), commercial properties, and large venues
  • Troubleshoot network performance issues across Layer 2/3 environments
  • Configure routers, switches, and wireless equipment (Mikrotik, Cambium, etc.)
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and issue resolution
  • Maintain accurate documentation and update internal systems following deployments and fixes
  • Participate in on-call rotation to support critical network issues


Skills/Must have:

  • 3+ years of experience in ISP, WISP, or telecom network engineering roles
  • Hands-on experience with Mikrotik, Cambium, or similar wireless technologies
  • Strong understanding of Layer 2/3 networking (VLANs, routing, TCP/IP)
  • Experience supporting wireless and/or fiber deployments in real-world environments
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently in the field
  • Strong communication skills when working with customers and internal teams
