Responsibilities:

• Designing, configuring, and managing Palo Alto Networks firewalls and security solutions to protect network infrastructure.
• Monitoring network traffic and security events to detect and respond to potential threats and vulnerabilities.
• Implementing and maintaining security policies, rules, and configurations to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Conducting security assessments and penetration tests to identify and mitigate security risks.
• Collaborating with IT and operations teams to develop and implement secure network architectures.
• Providing technical support and guidance to team members and stakeholders on network security issues.
• Keeping up to date with the latest security trends, technologies, and threat intelligence to proactively address security challenges.

Skills/Must have:

• Extensive knowledge of Palo Alto Networks firewalls, Panorama, and related security solutions.
• Strong understanding of network security principles, including firewall policies, VPNs, IPS/IDS, and threat prevention.
• Hands-on experience with security incident response and management.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex security issues.
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Relevant certifications such as Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Engineer (PCNSE) are highly desirable.

Salary:

• $75 Per Hour
