Role Overview:

Our client is seeking a talented Network Engineer to join the team. In this role, the focus will be primarily on network design, deployment, and troubleshooting, with a special emphasis on Cisco LAN/WAN, Azure Networks, and VMWare NSX. The successful candidate will work on exciting projects for esteemed clients, contributing to their success and technological advancement. While the role is predominantly project-based, the Network Engineer will also provide essential support as needed.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing and deploying robust network solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Troubleshooting network issues efficiently to ensure minimal downtime.
  • Collaborating closely with the projects team for seamless project delivery.
  • Working with Cisco LAN/WAN technologies, Azure Networking, and VMWare NSX.
  • Engaging in continuous learning and development to stay updated with industry trends.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Cisco networking projects.
  • CCNA-CCNP certifications are beneficial.
  • Familiarity with Azure, NSX, or SD-WAN technologies is advantageous.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely.

Location:

  • This is a remote position based in the North of England, offering flexibility and convenience.

Salary:

  • £55,000 basic salary per annum, with additional benefits and opportunities for growth.
