Responsibilities:

• Involved in implementing and supporting Cisco network solutions as well as deploying and maintaining Fortinet and Palo Alto firewalls
• Handling BAU operations, troubleshooting, and contributing to documentation reviews
• Collaborate closely with customer teams and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth and secure operations

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with Cisco networking and firewall technologies, particularly Fortinet and Palo Alto
• Strong communication skills in both French and English are essential
• Certifications such as CCNP, NSE, or PCNSE are a plus but not mandatory
