Responsibilities:

  • Project Delivery (80%): Execute complex network migrations, upgrades, and implementations for diverse enterprise clients.
  • Network Infrastructure: Manage 100% network-focused tasks with occasional support for integrated systems as needed.
  • Vendor Management: Configure and troubleshoot environments primarily utilizing Aruba and Cisco hardware.
  • Security Integration: Deploy and maintain robust security layers using Palo Alto, Fortinet, and SonicWall technologies.
  • Client Engagement: Travel to various client sites across the Vancouver area to provide expert on-site technical solutions.


Skills / Must-Have:

  • MSP Background: Proven experience working within a Managed Service Provider environment is an absolute requirement for this specific role.
  • Aruba & Cisco: Advanced proficiency in Aruba and Cisco technologies is essential to support our current enterprise infrastructure and project load.
  • Legal Status: All applicants must hold valid Canadian Citizenship or Permanent Residency to be eligible for consideration.
  • Driver’s License: A valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle are required for frequent travel to client locations.
  • Security Tech: Strong technical knowledge of Palo Alto, Fortinet, and SonicWall is necessary to manage our clients' network security needs.
