Responsibilities:

• Provide expert support across Wide Area Network (WAN) and Local Area Network (LAN) systems.
• Offer troubleshooting assistance and resolve technical issues effectively.
• Manage and resolve support tickets in a timely and professional manner.
• Deliver support for VoIP platforms and systems, ensuring seamless communication for clients.

Skills/Must have:

• Solid understanding of network support principles, specifically WAN or LAN.
• Experience with VoIP support is highly desirable.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and experience handling technical support tickets.
• Fluent or native proficiency in German (essential).
• Proficiency in English is desirable but not mandatory.
