Network SysOps Engineer - Consultancy

We are looking for a proactive and dedicated IoT Connectivity Support Specialist to join our client's team. In this role, you will provide essential support for the connectivity of IoT devices and have the opportunity to broaden your expertise to include network and hardware support.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist with IT-related Issues: Help customers with questions and problems related to connectivity, networks, and hardware, ensuring seamless operation of their IoT devices.
• Maintain and Manage Systems: Play a key role in maintaining and optimizing the network infrastructure, systems, and hardware.
• Expand Your Knowledge: Dive deep into NetOps, SysOps, and hardware to continuously enhance your skill set and expertise.
• Flexible Working: Occasionally support customers outside of office hours, with the flexibility to take time off or work from home as needed.

Must Haves:

• Passion for Technology: Enthusiasm for hardware, NetOps, and SysOps, with a strong desire to learn and master new technologies.
• Proactive and Independent: Ability to conduct your own research and work independently beyond the training and help provided.
• Customer-Oriented: Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
• Stress Management: Capability to handle work pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Bilingual: Proficient in both Dutch and English, spoken and written.
