A Network Team Lead is required to manage daily operations within a high-impact network support team, ensuring critical customer environments remain stable, secure, and responsive.

This role combines hands-on technical leadership with operational oversight—driving resource planning, monitoring performance through KPIs, and fostering continuous improvement across support processes such as change management and incident response. It also includes participation in a 24/7 duty roster and a strong focus on coaching and team development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily support operations and customer consultations on ongoing issues and changes.
  • Guide team in ticket resolution, incidents, and major changes.
  • Set KPIs, conduct reviews, and train new engineers.
  • Oversee resource planning, including staffing, holidays, and absence.
  • Participate in hands-on support and 24/7 on-call rotation.
  • Lead external vulnerability management and reporting.
  • Improve alerting, change management, and monitoring tools.
  • Drive customer satisfaction tracking and improve internal documentation.

Skills/Must have:

  • CCNA / CCNP 
  • 3 years managerial experience
  • IT Networking
