Work for a network consultancy on a range of projects, with the freedom to focus on your preferred technologies and vendors. 

As a Junior you will be given huge amounts of support from the business, including training and mentoring from experienced Cisco trainers. Engage closely with clients to assess networking requirements, design scalable network architectures, and handle implementation, truly working projects from end-to-end. Develop technical skills including automation (Terraform), scripting, and GitLab CI/CD, meaning you are always at the forefront of the latest technology trends.

Responsibilities:

• Assess existing networks - identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement.
• Design, documentation, implementation and troubleshooting in accordance with clients’ needs / business objectives
• Automation – optimise & monitor network
• Security -  firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and encryption protocols
• Client communication – primary point of contact for their clients and ability to explain benefits of automation on their network
• Stay up to date with trends, new tech, and industry best practices 

Skills/Must have:

• CCNA
• Python Scripting 
• Fluent German

Nice to Haves:

• Firewall Experience
• Network Monitoring
