Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor network performance and identify potential issues.
  • Respond to alerts and troubleshoot network problems promptly.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues.
  • Provide exceptional customer support and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Document all network-related activities and maintain accurate records.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Network Operations Center (NOC) environment.
  • CCNA certification or equivalent networking certification required.
  • Strong knowledge of networking protocols and technologies.
  • Experience with network monitoring tools and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
  • Must be willing to work on-site in Plano, Texas.
  • Day shift availability.
