NOC Lead Engineer - Managed Service Provider

 As a leading MSP in their industry, they're seeking an experienced professional who will oversee their Network Operations Center, ensuring the stability and performance of their network infrastructure. This role involves managing a team of NOC engineers, designing and implementing secure engineering platforms for their customers

 Key Responsibilities:

•  Design and Deliver Network Solutions
• Lead and manage a team of NOC engineers, providing guidance and support.
• Providing SME support only when necessary
• Develop and maintain NOC procedures and best practices.
• Coordinate with other departments to address and resolve network issues.
• Manage escalation processes and communicate with stakeholders. 

 Qualifications:

•  Proficiency in Cisco, Meraki, Juniper and Fortinet
• Familiarity with emerging technologies such as SDWAN, WAN, LAN, WIFI,
• Familiarity with DNS, DHCP, BGP and OSPF
• Industry qualifications in Cisco (CCIE)
