Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor network performance and identify potential issues.
- Respond to alerts and troubleshoot network problems promptly.

Required Skills/Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Access Design.
- CCNA certification or equivalent networking certification required.
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols and technologies.
- Experience with network monitoring tools and troubleshooting techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Must be willing to work on-site in Houston, TX
- Day shift availability.
