The team is hiring an O&M Network Specialist to support the operation and maintenance of complex network environments. The role will focus on ensuring availability, performance, and security across critical systems, while providing expert support, troubleshooting, and optimisation to meet high operational standards.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and resolve network outages and system
• Perform log analysis to determine root causes of network and application
• Assist with network performance tuning and
• Provide mentorship and training to Tier 1 and Tier 2
• Work directly with vendors and Tier 4 architects for issue

Skills/Must have:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline with 5+ years of experience. Experience in lieu of degree will also be accepted. 
• Strong communication skills and experience using ticketing.
