On-Site Technician x5 - IT Service Provider

We are working with a leading IT Service Provider with close to 5'000 employees across 22 countries actively looking to add to their IT Support team.   We are looking to add a motivated On-Site Technician to their teams in the following locations; Hamburg, Hannover or Cologne. 

- You will utilise your IT knowledge alongside motivated colleagues to provide industry-leading technology support

- You will accelerate your career working on large German Enterprise Accounts

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct customer support to ensure the stability of operating systems.
• Take responsibility for upgrades, maintenance, and hardware support.
• Develop technical solutions and implement them in collaboration with colleagues.

Skills/Must have:

• IT Support Experience
• Microsoft Environment Experience
• Hardware Support
• German & English Speaking

Salary:

• €36,0000 salary per annum
