This terminal plays a crucial role in global trade, specializing in the export of natural resources like coal and potash. Responsibilities:
- Manage, implement, and maintain operational technology (OT) and (IT) networks in accordance with industry best practices
- and company standards.
- Configure and manage Cisco Firepower and Fortinet security appliances to ensure the integrity and security of OT networks.
- Deploy and maintain Cisco UCS servers to support various OT applications and services.
- Administer Windows Server environments, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and group policies, within OT networks.
- Strong understanding with all networking protocols TCP/IP, SMTP, SNMP, CIPs , ARP, BGP DCHP ,DNS and being able to manage and design traffic egress and ingress
Skills/Must have:
- Uses vision and innovation to think beyond the immediate situation and explore multiple potential paths; demonstrates the initiative to think creatively and commercially to maximize value for shareholders.
- Digital and innovative mindset but balanced between technology strategy, and change management, and the context of the business operating environment.
- Experience in analysis, implementation and evaluation of OT systems and their specifications.
- Experience working with industrial or logistical operations systems to effectively assess and implement IT/OT applications that automate and simplify workflows for critical business activities
