PAM Mainframe Architect - Finance Org

Hamilton Barnes is currently representing a global financial institute who are currently recruiting for a PAM Mainframe Architect on an initial 6-month contract with the view to extension.

The position offers hybrid working based in London. 

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement the integration of top-secret capabilities into the mainframe environment.
• Develop architectural plans for the implementation of Privileged Access Management solutions on the mainframe platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with security standards and protocols.
• Conduct assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend solutions to enhance security posture.
• Provide technical guidance and expertise to stakeholders on mainframe PAM architecture and best practices.

Skills/Must have:

• Proven experience as a Mainframe Architect with a focus on Privileged Access Management.
• In-depth knowledge of mainframe technologies, including IBM Z systems.
• Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing security solutions for mainframe environments.
• Hands-on experience with Privileged Access Management tools and technologies.
• Strong understanding of security protocols, encryption techniques, and access control mechanisms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget constraints.
