Key Responsibilities:
- Support the portfolio activation efforts by aligning product positioning and messaging with market-specific requirements in Japan.
- Work cross-functionally with product marketing, sales enablement, and regional sales teams to localize activation assets and initiatives.
- Translate and adapt portfolio collateral, presentations, and tools to suit the Japanese market, ensuring accuracy and contextual relevance.
- Drive partner and seller enablement activities, ensuring the Japanese field team is equipped with relevant product knowledge and value propositions.
- Track, measure, and report on portfolio activation metrics and stakeholder engagement to inform future improvements.
- Provide feedback to regional and global teams on content performance and market alignment.
Required Qualifications:
- Malaysian Citizen or Permanent Resident (PR) status is mandatory.
- Proficiency in Japanese (spoken and written) with a valid JLPT N1 or N2 certification.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in portfolio activation, product marketing, sales enablement, or a similar role within the IT or technology sector.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work effectively across cultures and time zones.
- Experience working in or supporting the Japanese market is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
- Familiarity with Cisco’s product portfolio or enterprise technology solutions is an advantage.
Salary:
- RM20,000 per month
