The team is hiring a Pre-Sales (SME) to provide subject matter expertise, support solution design, and contribute to client proposals. The role will focus on aligning technology capabilities with business requirements, conducting demonstrations, and collaborating with sales teams to ensure tailored, high-impact solutions.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior consultants to deploy and maintain MDR solutions for clients.
- Monitor and analyze security events and alerts generated by MDR tools.
- Investigate and triage potential security incidents identified by MDR systems.
- Assist in the development of incident response plans and procedures.
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and security audits of client environments.
- Work closely with Sales team to close deals and to support the team through the full sales process of solution engineering, such as architectural design, solution presentation, standard and customized solution demonstration, customer workshop, proposal development, RFI, compliance table, scope of work, and sizing questionnaire.
- Prepare documentation such as project kick off slide, customer presentation, project testing, and to ensure all project documents are properly managed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Information Security or related field.
- Good knowledge of cybersecurity fundamentals, including common attack vectors and defense strategies.
- Familiar with MDR tools and platforms, such as CrowdStrike, Carbon Black, or SentinelOne.
- Understand of network protocols, operating systems, and endpoint security concepts.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Motivated self-starter with high attention to detail.
- Good command of English (verbal and written).
- Relevant internships or projects demonstrating hands-on experience with cybersecurity technologies are a plus.
- The job might require the candidate to perform light travelling locally and overseas
