Responsibilities:

  • Solution Design & Validation – Assess client requirements, design tailored IT solutions, and validate technical feasibility.
  • Pre-Sales Support – Collaborate with Account Managers to deliver technical presentations, workshops, and solution demonstrations.
  • Scoping & Delivery Alignment – Define project scope, resources, and timelines, working closely with delivery teams to ensure seamless handover.
  • Proposal Development – Contribute to sales proposals, statements of work, tender responses, and value-realisation documentation.
  • Customer Engagement – Build strong client relationships, run technical workshops, and provide thought leadership.
  • Enablement & Knowledge Sharing – Support sales teams through training, solution collateral, and internal best practices.
  • Solution Productisation – Standardise and package repeatable solutions into structured offerings to support scalability.
  • Networking & Security Expertise – Focus on enterprise networking (LAN, WLAN, WAN, DC) with a strong capability in cybersecurity solutions.


Skills/Must have:

  • Proven experience in a presales, solution consulting, or technical consultancy role.
  • Strong technical expertise across enterprise networking (LAN, WLAN, WAN, DC).
  • Competency in cybersecurity solutions, with knowledge of emerging security practices and vendor offerings.
  • Good understanding with Cisco solutions across multiple architectures.
  • Experience preparing proposals, scopes, and professional services quotations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to run client workshops, present to larger groups, and articulate value propositions clearly.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
  • Vendor certifications (Cisco or equivalent) highly desirable.
