Responsibilities:

  • Manage and nurture relationships with key technology vendors including Dell, VMware, Fortinet, Cisco, and Microsoft
  • Proactively engage vendors to understand what’s required for deeper discounts such as certifications, purchase volumes, or bundled deals
  • Oversee the full hardware procurement lifecycle, from quoting to delivery, ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisitions
  • Coordinate and manage purchase orders, approvals, and vendor documentation
  • Keep internal teams updated on order status, ETA, and inventory arrivals
  • Track and manage certifications and partnership statuses required to maintain or improve vendor discounts and deal tiers
  • Manage facilities-related purchasing and maintenance, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of physical spaces
  • Work closely with finance and operations to reconcile invoices, track budgets, and maintain procurement records
  • Continuously improve procurement processes and identify opportunities for cost savings and process efficiencies


Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in procurement, vendor management, or supply chain within the tech or IT sector
  • Experience working with vendors like Dell, VMware, Fortinet, Cisco, and Microsoft is highly preferred
  • Strong negotiation skills and a keen understanding of vendor incentive structures, certifications, and pricing tiers
  • Excellent organization and communication skills to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities
  • Solid knowledge of purchase order systems, vendor portals, and procurement tools
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining a strong team-focused approach
  • High attention to detail and follow-through
