Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring alignment between business needs and technical execution
  • Act as a project lead or co-lead, helping scope, plan, and execute IT projects with a blend of networking and systems components
  • Keep clients updated on project status, technical milestones, and timelines through regular check-ins and reporting
  • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with clients, offering insights, recommendations, and updates on their technology environments
  • Ensure customers are meeting compliance and technical requirements through regular assessments and guidance
  • Act as a middleman between technical teams and clients translating technical concepts into business language and vice versa
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through personality, professionalism, and reliable communication
  • Travel to client sites as needed to support project execution and relationship management
  • Maintain an in-office presence part-time for internal planning, collaboration, and briefings


Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in IT, ideally in a Professional Services, IT Project Management, or Client Engagement role
  • Comfortable working across both network and systems environments (e.g., infrastructure, virtualization, security, cloud)
  • Proven ability to lead or support IT projects with multiple stakeholders and timelines
  • Experience conducting QBRs or similar strategic review sessions with clients
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, personality and professionalism are key
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adjust to changing client needs
  • Willingness to travel to client sites and work in-office part-time
