The team is hiring a Program Manager (Texas) to oversee large-scale technology and security integration projects. The role will focus on managing program delivery, coordinating cross-functional teams, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving operational excellence from planning through execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner directly with Convergint Account Executives to support customers contemplating enterprise-wide security upgrades, technology migrations, M&A integration efforts, and other global or multi-site strategic initiatives
  • Engage early and often with customers to understand their objectives, build trust, and shape Convergint’s value proposition to align with long-term needs
  • Co-develop strategic roadmaps and initiative plans in collaboration with estimating, design, engineering, operations, and program management teams
  • Influence pursuit strategy, solution architecture, and resource alignment to ensure technical excellence, delivery readiness, and strong commercial outcomes
  • Support seamless handoff to Program Managers and Integrated Project Managers once execution teams are staffed and activated
  • Development of Services & Value-Added Offerings (25–50%)

Create and package high-impact services and recurring offerings, including:

  • Managed Services Agreements
  • Global Design & Consulting Programs
  • Strategic Technology Assessments & Advisory Services
  • Lead efforts to scope, price, and contract non-productized services not tied to traditional sales channels
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align commercial models, delivery methodologies, and long-term value creation strategies
  • Drive awareness, adoption, and internal enablement of these services across relevant sales and operational teams


Skills/Must have:

  • 5–10 years of experience in physical security, enterprise solution development, consulting, or program delivery
  • Proven ability to develop and enable complex, high-margin programs and services, ideally spanning multiple geographies or business units
  • Strong commercial instincts with a clear understanding of customer value, total cost of ownership, and lifecycle service strategies
  • Ability to consult with customers and internal teams at both executive and technical levels
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
  • Experience working within a matrixed or global enterprise environment
  • Willingness to travel to support key customer engagements and program development efforts
