Project Manager - Systems Integrator

Responsibilities: 

• Lead and manage IT infrastructure projects, including server installs, cloud migrations, and large-scale PC replacements. 
• Oversee the full project lifecycle, from planning and execution to final delivery and post-project support.
• Work closely with the Service Desk Manager and CTO.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during project execution.
• Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors, as necessary.
• Develop and manage project budgets.
• Proactively identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions.
• Maintain clear and detailed project documentation, including project plans, timelines, deliverables, and status reports. 
• Ensure that all projects are completed according to best practices and quality standards, meeting client expectations for functionality, performance, and security.
• Provide support during post-project transition phases, assisting the Service Desk with any post-implementation issues and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Contribute to the ongoing improvement of project management processes, methodologies, and tools to increase efficiency and project success rates.

Required Skills/Qualifications: 

• Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM).
• ITIL Certification (Intermediate or Foundation).
• Minimum of 3-5 years of project management experience in an IT-focused environment, with a strong background in managing server installations, cloud migrations, and PC replacements.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that they are delivered on time and within budget.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, including servers, networking, cloud platforms, and workstations.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Jira, Trello).
• Knowledge of backup solutions, disaster recovery, and IT security best practices.

• Willing to work in a hybrid model, with the flexibility to work remotely and on-site in Jackson, TN.

Salary:

• Up to 100K Base Salary
