Following a series of new contract wins in Arizona, they are seeking for a Project Manager to join their expanding team and oversee the delivery of key fiber infrastructure builds in the region.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the allocation of materials, tools, and workforce for project execution
  • Prepare and submit necessary project documentation and reports
  • Update and finalize construction drawings, including any field modifications
  • Oversee the handling of change orders and ensure timely progress invoicing
  • Maintain regular communication with clients and address inquiries promptly
  • Supervise all phases of underground utility construction to ensure smooth operations
  • May conduct site visits independently to support estimating, proposals, or quality control
  • Assess team performance and support ongoing training and career development


Skills/Must have:

  • Prior experience leading teams in utility construction is essential
  • Willingness to travel based on project demands
  • Background in underground telecommunications and electrical installations is required
  • Skilled in managing contracts, processing change orders, and working with unit-based pricing
  • Capable of reading construction plans and producing accurate as-built documentation
  • Competent with computers and familiar with Microsoft Office tools
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
