Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee aerial, splice, and underground crews for FTTH projects.
- Ensure all installations meet the company’s high-quality standards, handling everything from setup to customer activation.
- Communicate regularly with clients, addressing concerns and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Manage project scheduling, documentation, and reporting to ensure timely and successful project completion.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, ideally in construction or FTTH-related projects.
- Comfortable with both fieldwork and office management tasks.
- Strong communication skills, especially for client interactions and team coordination.
- Proficiency in Excel and project management tools, with an understanding of construction scheduling and reporting.
